Guidelines for Oral Presentation

Slide Preparation:

1. Use PowerPoint for your presentation.
2. Set the slide size to widescreen (16:9 aspect ratio, landscape orientation).
3. Employ standard fonts like Arial or Calibri.
    

Presentation Submission:

1. Upload your PowerPoint presentation online through your account.
2. The submission deadline is 23:59 on Wednesday, 11 October, 2023 (GMT+8). 
   Upload file now
    

On-Site Presentation Preview:

1. If you've uploaded your presentation in advance, please arrive at the preview room 30 minutes before your session for a file check.
2. For on-site submission, please arrive 60 minutes before your session and upload your file at the Preview Room next to the registration.
3. Ensure your presentation files function correctly in Microsoft Office system.
    

Equipment in Session Rooms:

1. Session rooms, including Intl. Conference Hall (Show-Chwan 1F), Auditorium (IRCAD 1F), and Mei-Chi Meeting Room (IRCAD 2F), are equipped with Windows-based computers (Microsoft Office system), projectors, microphones, and smart pointers.
2. Please note: NO personal laptops are allowed to ensure compatibility.
    

Before Your Presentation:

1. Adhere to your allotted presentation time.
2. Arrive at the session room at least 15 minutes before the session's commencement.
3. You will be responsible for controlling and advancing your presentation slides.
    

Important Note:

1. Only the PRESENTING AUTHOR (as listed in the system) will receive a digital certificate.
2. If you need to make changes to the presenting author information, please contact the conference secretariat before the conference.
