General Registration Information

  1. Participants are strongly requested to register for the conference individually via the Online Registration System on the iSMIT 2023 website.
  2. All payment will be made in New Taiwan Dollars
  3. The USD price is for reference ONLY, the actual exchange rate applies at the time of the processed transaction, and the transaction fees are not included.
  4. Registration without full payment of registration fee will be altered as Un-registration by the conference secretariat.
  5. To be entitled to the early bird registration rates, payment must be completed by 14 Aug (23:59 GMT+8). Otherwise, the payment will be changed to the regular rate.
  6. In order to present an abstract, it is highly recommended that you complete the online registration right after your abstract submission. The conference has the right to remove the abstracts/papers from the final program if the author fails to register or complete the payment before 14 July.
  7. The registration fee can only be paid online. Cash payment is unacceptable. 
  8. Participants are advised to take care of their own travel and medical insurance. 
  9. After payment, you will receive a second email confirming that we have received your payment.

Confirmation of registration will be sent via email from the online registration system to confirm your application. If you fail to receive it, please contact before you try to register again.

Payment Method

  1. For international participants payment should be made by Credit Card ONLY; for local participants payment accept by Credit Card, 超商付款, 網路ATM
  2. The following credit cards are applicable: VISA, MasterCard, and JCB. The online payment is under 3D Secure, which requires you to complete an additional verification step with the issuing bank when paying. You will receive a TOTP/OTP code for verification to complete the last step of your payment.
  3. All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
  4. The actual debit amount is subject to change with the exchange rate.
  5. The merchant name on your credit card statement will be Green World Technologies /社團法人中華國際技能交流協會
  6. The invoice can be download in payment page after the payment has been made.
  7. For On-site Registration, only Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, and JCB) payment is accepted.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation before 23:59  14 July  (GMT+8) 100% Refund
Cancellation after 00:00 15 July (GMT+8) NO REFUND


  1. The conference secretariat office must be notified in writing of cancellation of registration by email ( 
  2. All bank service charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all conference registration refunds.
  3. All refunds will be initiated after the conference is finished.
  4. Refund timing varies by your credit card company.
