Continuous Intraabdominal Pressure Monitoring via Wireless Digital Capsule Device

Intraabdominal pressure is essential in significant post-operational care and critically ill patients treatment. However, we need a handy method with great accuracy and precision for surgeons to monitor this critical physiological data. 

Compared with traditional Foley catheter-type IAP monitoring devices, digital capsule devices could provide more direct and accurate IAP monitoring and further shorten the hospital stay time. By cooperating with remote healthcare systems, we could provide patient IAP data at home for outpatient post-operational monitoring to improve the prognosis and care quality.
