Dr. Huang Chien Liang serves as the Founder and General Manager of Wiltrom Co., Ltd. Dr. Liang earned his doctoral degree from the Department of Chemical Engineering at National Tsing-Hua University. He boasts a prolific academic record, having authored and published more than 50 scientific and conference papers. Furthermore, he holds 45 patents, indicative of his innovative contributions to the field.
