Dr. Chen is currently the board member in Foot and Ankle Section of Asia Pacific Orthopedic Association. He is one of the leading surgeons especially in minimally invasive foot and ankle surgery in Taiwan, and is involved in the design and development of numerous orthopedic implants for fracture fixation and patient specific instruments/implants.
