Prof.dr. John van den Dobbelsteen holds the chair as Professor of Medical Process Engineering at Delft University of Technology, The Netherlands. Since 2021, he has been the Director of Studies for Technical Medicine, an interdisciplinary Bachelor's and Master's program in collaboration with TU Delft, Leiden University Medical Center, and Erasmus Medical Center. He served as the Chair of the Board of Studies for Master BioMedical Engineering and as the Vice-chair of the Delft University Human Research Ethics Committee. Prof.dr. John van den Dobbelsteen is a member of the International Society of Medical Innovation and Technology (iSMIT) steering committee since 2015.
